Most attendee, sit comfortably in an arm chair. Falling asleep is perfectly OK, but not common. If you fall asleep, this will not prevent the efectiveness of the session. Plase contact me after the session if this occurs.
No special equipment is required. Just a comfortable place to lie down, your phone or computer to hear the session, and ideally a pair of headphones to fully immerse yourself without outside distractions.
8 PM PST is specifically chosen to occur after normal work hours, and close to a restful nights sleep.
No. Only the hypnotist that is facilitating the event will see you, and your microphone can be muted. This is a private, deeply personal experience shared in a collective, silent energy.
