Through guided somatic relaxation, your body releases physical tension while your mind focuses on the words of your hypnotist letting go go of the day's racing thoughts, while receiving suggestions to resolve the subconscious conflict.

Deep Sleep

During the session, you may fall asleep before it ends. The session includes many paths to relaxation and finding subconscious associations preventing sleep that will immediately begin to release and change your relationship with sleep.

What if I fall asleep during the session?

That is exactly the goal. The session is designed to ease you into a deep slumber. You don't need to stay awake to 'finish' it; simply drift off whenever you feel ready.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is required. Just a comfortable place to lie down, your phone or computer to hear the session, and ideally a pair of headphones to fully immerse yourself without outside distractions.

Why is the session at 10 PM PST?

11 PM PST is specifically chosen to align with the natural circadian rhythms of night owls and those who struggle with late-night insomnia, providing real-time support when it's needed most.

Will others hear or see me in the group?

Absolutely not. Your microphone and camera will be completely disabled. This is a private, deeply personal experience shared in a collective, silent energy.
